Each LexASSIST Business package includes different benefits, limits and conditions.
Monthly subscription
Business Silver is R75 per month, Business Gold is R115 per month and Business Platinum is R229 per month.
Payment and activation
Access to benefits is processed after payment has been submitted and the required business details have been received.
Legal advice
The business product options include 24-hour legal advice for commercial, civil, criminal and labour-related matters.
Labour matters
Labour matters are listed as a business product option with no waiting period.
Commercial contracts
Where included, LexASSIST may assist with legal drafting and review of commercial contracts.
Attorney consultation
Where included, access to the national panel of attorneys is for a 1-hour session.

Excluded costs
Unless clearly included in writing, the subscription does not automatically include litigation, court representation, advocate fees, sheriff fees, filing fees, government fees, fines, penalties, bail amounts or third-party charges.
Fair use
The subscription is intended for fair and reasonable use by the subscribing business or approved users. Misuse may result in limits, suspension or cancellation.
Cancellation
Subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the applicable cancellation process. Access may end if the subscription is cancelled or payment fails.
